Neicy, a Jacksonville native, has been married for 18 years and has a daughter, Nicole. They have a dog and 3 cats. After beginning with the Jacksonville Humane Society, she joined Atlantic East in 1985, and over the last 34 years has advanced from kennel assistant to our head technician.
